Implementation Process

• Students have to first apply online from the official website.
• After a successful application takes a print of the application form.
• Submit the form to the Head of the Institute.
• The Head of the Institute will then forward the verified contact list to the DDHE and to this directorate for online verification & cross-checking.
• After successful online verification, the DDHE shall retain the hard copies of the students of Private RecognizedInstitution(s), and return the remaining forms to the concerned schools.
• The DDHE also needs to forward the Verified Candidate List(s) in r/o their respective district(s) to this Directorate.
• The Govt. Colleges (within state) need to forward only the Verified Candidate List(s) (on the prescribed format) to this Directorate.

The following documents must be submitted to apply for the scholarship:-

• Aadhaar Card
• Last year's Marksheets and Certificates (Matric Onwards)
• Student Bank Details
• Passport Size Photograph of Candidate
• Himachali Bonafide Certificate of Applicant
• Aspirant’s Parents/ Guardians Unclean Profession Certificate (assigned by an officer whose rank is not below the rank of Tehsildar)
