Institutional mechanism of Har Ghar Nal Yojana:-
National Level – National Jal Jeevan Mission
State Level – State Water and Sanitation Mission
District Level – District Water and Sanitation Mission
Gram Panchayat Level – Pani Samiti/Village Water and Sanitation Committee/User Group

Funding pattern of Har Ghar Nal Yojana:-
The total estimated cost of Jal Jeevan Mission is Rs 3.60 lakh crore.
For the Himalayan and North Eastern states, 90% of the amount under this scheme will be spent by the Central Government and 10% will be spent by the State Government.
100% implementation cost under this scheme will be borne by the Central Government for the Union Territories.
For all the remaining states, the participation of Central and State Government in the implementation of JANA will be 50-50 percent.
