The former BJP government of Madhya Pradesh had started a scheme for the unorganized workers of the state who are poor. Under which a provision was made to include them in many schemes and provide them with various benefits. But now the Congress government of Madhya Pradesh has changed the name of this scheme. Some amendments have been made in this scheme, which means that now the benefits of Ayushman Bharat scheme can also be availed in it. It has been decided to completely replace the cards available in it. Which will be released from next month. Now with the return of Shivraj government, the scheme started by him is also being implemented. On April 20, 2020, Shivraj government has decided that Sambal Yojana will be started again in the state, so that more and more workers and poor people can get benefits.

Resident of Madhya Pradesh:- Those people who are living within the limits of Madhya Pradesh can get benefits by joining this scheme. Apart from this, a person from any other state cannot avail the benefits of this scheme.
People coming below the poverty line: - Such people who are from Madhya Pradesh and come below the poverty line and have BPL card to prove it, then they will also be considered eligible to avail the benefits of this scheme.
Electricity consumption of 100 units or less:- All those people who consume only 100 units or less of electricity can be entitled to get benefits in this scheme. Along with this, it is also necessary that there should be only one kilowatt connection in the beneficiary's house.

Assistance to unorganized workers:- This scheme has been started to help such workers who are unorganized and fall below the poverty line.
New Savera Card:- When this scheme was started, Jankalyan Sambal Card was made available to the beneficiaries, but now it has been changed to New Savera Card. Under which new cards will now be provided to them. Aadhaar number will also be written on this card. However, the decision to change the old cards under this scheme has been taken because the photo of former Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan is on this old card.
Distribution of Naya Savera Card:- This card will be given in place of Sambal Card. That means, only those who have Sambal Card can get this new Savera Card. Although their Sambal card will also be checked, if everything is correct then only these cards will be available to them. And these cards will be distributed from July 1. Also, no fee will be charged from the beneficiaries for the new card.
Total beneficiaries:- The same number of beneficiaries who were there in the scheme started by the former Chief Minister will get benefits in this new scheme also. Under this scheme, approximately 6,49,544 workers had registered in the district.
Benefits available in this scheme:- Through the cards available in this scheme, the beneficiaries get the benefits of some schemes running at the central and state level. In the benefits received by the beneficiaries
Education encouragement to students,
Maternity facilities to pregnant women,
Health insurance cover for accident victims,
Electricity bill waiver,
Providing better agricultural equipment,
providing funeral assistance and
Benefits like free health care etc. are included.
All these benefits were given to them under Sambal Yojana, but now the beneficiaries will be able to get the benefits of Ayushman Bharat Yojana under Naya Savera Yojana.
Waiver of previous month's electricity bill:- While joining this scheme and registering a new card, the remaining electricity bill of the previous month will also be waived off.

Domicile Certificate:- Since the benefits of this scheme are to be extended only to the workers of Madhya Pradesh, then it is necessary for all those workers to show their domicile certificate.
Aadhar Card:- Aadhar Card is considered to be the most essential document to join this scheme, because in this the beneficiary information given in the old card will be matched with the Aadhar Card. And then a new Savera card will be issued. Along with this, the beneficiaries will also have to provide their mobile number, which is linked to the Aadhar card. Therefore this document is very important.
BPL Ration Card:- Beneficiaries falling below the poverty line under the scheme will also have to show their BPL category ration card.
Electricity Bill: - In this scheme, it has been decided for the beneficiary that if they consume electricity only up to a limit, then they will have to show their recent electricity bill to prove this.

To avail the benefits of this scheme, it will be necessary for all the beneficiaries to get a new card, only then they can avail the benefits of this scheme. For this follow the following steps –
First of all, the beneficiaries will have to go to any Public Service Center or Kiosk Common Service Center or MP Online in Madhya Pradesh with their old Sambal Card, Aadhar Card and other documents.
There all your information will be checked by the concerned officials through Aadhar card as well as your mobile number etc. In which it will be seen whether whatever information you have given in your Aadhaar card matches exactly with the information given in your Sambal card or not.
After this, if some things do not match in the given information, then only the competent officer doing the investigation has been given the right to decide whether they will receive this new Savera Card or not.
And if all the information is correct then after depositing the old cards of the beneficiaries, they will be replaced and new cards will be distributed to them on the same day.
