The new government of Rajasthan has started implementing the schemes as per its manifesto. Recently, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot has announced Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana, this is an unemployment allowance scheme in which financial assistance will be provided to the youth in the form of monthly allowance. The new Congress government in Rajasthan had announced this scheme in February 2019 itself, but due to the Lok Sabha elections, this scheme could not be implemented properly. Now the government has issued guidelines for this scheme. The unemployed people of Rajasthan can now apply for this scheme, soon they will also get benefits.
Chief Minister Yuva Sambal Yojana Unemployment Allowance Rajasthan Rules (Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana Rajasthan Benefits) :-
Objective – The main objective of Chief Minister Yuva Sambal Yojana is to provide financial assistance to the unemployed by giving them their rights. In today's time, education is considered very important, most of the people of the country have now become aware of education. Youngsters work hard to earn money and become big people. Everyone dreams of a good job, but due to not getting a job, they become frustrated. Many youth get troubled by this and fall into depression. The youth is the future of the country and the government is providing them financial assistance to ensure their future.
Unemployment Allowance Amount – Under Rajasthan Unemployment Allowance Scheme, the government will give Rs 4500 to women, disabled people and transgenders and Rs 4000 to men for a period of two years. This will give the unemployed people the right time to work for the purpose of getting good employment in these two years. Earlier this allowance was Rs 3500 to Rs 3000 which has been increased in the financial year 2019-20.
Duration – Rajasthan government will give this unemployment allowance for a maximum of 2 years. In the meantime, if someone gets a job, or starts his own work, then the allowance will stop at that very moment. (If someone applies by cheating, fraud and misleads the department, strict action will be taken against him.)
The registration work of Akshat Berojgari Bhatta Yojana will be started from February 2019, the allowance amount will be sent to the candidate's account from February 2019 itself.
Chief Minister Yuva Sambal Yojana Eligibility Rules (Eligibility Criteria and Documents)
Rajasthan native – The beneficiary will get the amount under the scheme only if he is a resident of Rajasthan state. For this, the beneficiary will have to keep his domicile letter as a document.
Age Limit – An age limit has been fixed for the scheme. Only people between this age group are eligible for this scheme. Men (general) of 21 to 30 years, women of 21 to 35 years, handicapped (Divyang), ST, SC are eligible for this scheme. The beneficiary will have to submit his/her 10th mark sheet along with the form to prove his/her age.
Education – Only graduate pass beneficiaries are eligible for this scheme. Even if someone is studying for a master's degree, he will not be able to avail the benefits of this scheme.
The beneficiary will get the benefit of the scheme only if he has studied class 12th and college from a college school located within the state, if he has studied from another state then he will not get the benefit. Along with the form, he will have to submit 12th mark sheet and graduation degree.
If a woman has a college degree from another state, but if she is married to a native of Rajasthan, then she will also be eligible for this scheme.
Income Limit – The annual income of the beneficiary's family (parents or spouse) should be Rs 2 lakh or less. It is mandatory for the applicant to submit income certificate.
The beneficiary should not be employed in any kind of small or big government or private job. He should not be associated with any kind of business.
Any beneficiary will have to register with the employment department of his district for at least one year. If a job is not found in this one year, the beneficiary will start receiving unemployment allowance. Even in case of getting allowance, the beneficiary will have to keep registering himself with the employment department.
More than 2 people in the family will not get benefits under this scheme. Only 2 people from the same family can apply for this.
Rajasthan government had launched Akshat Kaushal Yojana in 2009 to provide unemployment allowance to the youth. Any beneficiary can apply for either Akshat Kaushal Yojana or Unemployment Allowance Scheme (2012).
If any beneficiary is receiving scholarship or allowance under any state or central scheme, then he will not be considered eligible for this scheme.
The beneficiary who applies for this scheme should not have any police case pending against him.
Rajasthan government has made it clear in the new guidelines that it will provide benefits only to a maximum of 1.6 lakh eligible unemployed in 2 years. If more applications come than this, the government will give priority to those who are older.
Transgenders will get the benefit of the scheme only if they have a bachelor's degree. This degree should be from any college established in Rajasthan state.

The applicant will have to submit photocopy of his/her Aadhar Card, Bhamashah Card. Apart from this, the applicant will also have to submit all the mark sheets. It is mandatory for the handicapped or disabled person to submit the certificate related to this. Bhamashah card is mandatory for any scheme in Rajasthan. Rajasthan Unemployment Allowance Scheme Selection Process (How to Select for Mukhyamantri Yuva Sambal Yojana Rajasthan) –
Every year on July 1, the department will conduct the selection process. The Rajasthan government has made a rule under the Unemployment Allowance Scheme that this amount will be given only to a maximum of 1 lakh people every year.
If more than 1 lakh people are eligible for the scheme, then the employment department will give first priority to those who are older.
If less than one lakh applicants are selected then everyone will get allowance, and the selection process will be done again after 6 months i.e. on 1st January.
After one year has passed, it will be mandatory for the applicant to submit his application before July 1. After this the application will not be valid.
