Beneficiaries who want to apply for registration under this scheme should read our registration process carefully and avail the benefits of this scheme.

First of all, to apply under the Prime Minister Ayushman Bharat Scheme, go to the Public Service Center (CSC) and submit the photocopies of all your original documents.
After this, the agent of Public Service Center (CSC) will verify all the documents and ensure registration under the scheme and will provide you registration.
After this, after 10 to 15 days, you will be provided the Golden Card of Ayushman Bharat through the Public Service Center. After this your registration will be successful.

Benefits of Ayushman Bharat Yojana:-
More than 10 crore families will be covered under this scheme.
Under the scheme, health insurance up to Rs 5 lakh is being provided to poor families.
Those families which are listed in 2011 are also being included in PMJAY Yojana.
Under this scheme, the cost of medicines and treatment will be provided by the government and 1350 diseases will be treated.

First of all, go to the official website of Prime Minister Ayushman Bharat Scheme.
After this, the option of “AM I Eligible” will appear on the home page of the official website, click on this option. After clicking on the option a new window will open.
After this, verify your mobile number with OTP for login under the eligible section.

After this, you will get three categories in the second option, you can choose one of the categories by searching from your ration card by name and mobile number. After this click on the submit button.

In the second way, if you want to check the eligibility of your family through the Public Service Center (CSC), then you will have to go to the Public Service Center and submit all your original documents to the agent, after this the agent will check your family's eligibility through your documents. To check eligibility, you will login to your Public Service Center (CSC).
