YUVA (Young, Upcoming and Versatile Authors):

• A total of 75 authors will be selected through an All India Contest to be conducted from 1 June – to 31 July 2021.
• The winners will be announced on 15 August 2021.
• The young authors will be trained by eminent authors/mentors.
• Under the mentorship, the manuscripts will be readied by 15 Dec. 2021 for publication.
• The published books will be launched on 12 January 2022 on the occasion of National Youth Day (Yuva Diwas).

Benefits and Features of Yuva Pradhan Mantri Yojana

The information about the benefits to the youth under the scheme is as follows.

• Through the Yuva Pradhan Mantri Yojana, young and budding writers of the country will be given a chance to hone their writing skills.
• The budding writers of the country will be able to participate in the All India Competition by applying for the scheme.
• Through Yuva Pradhanmntri Yojana, the trained writers will be able to convey the story of freedom fighters who have attained heroic speed for Indian culture and country through their writings.
• Under the scheme, writers will get an opportunity to showcase their art and improve their writing skills through training.
• Up to six months in the form of scholarship to selected writers after completion of training 50 thousand rupees amount will be provided.
• Through the scheme, India and Indian writing will be transparent at the global level by promoting reading, writing, and book culture to the government.

The selection process of young writers under the scheme

• All India competitions will be organized for the selection of writers applying for the Yuva Pradhan Mantri Yojana.
• For the competition to the candidates included in the scheme 5000 words script will be required.
• The candidates whose writing will be the best through the competition 75 candidates selection will be done by the committee constituted of NBT.
• Under the Yuva Pradhan Mantri Yojana, different facilities will be provided to the selected writers in different phases.

1st phase 1 to 3 months of training

• Under the scheme, writers will be trained by trained writers and a crater panel of NBT for two weeks.
• After completion of online training of selected youth, two weeks of training will be given through NBT in online national camps organized in different states.

The second phase is 2 to 3 months post-increment

• In the second phase of the plan, writers were given various types of international programs like – Book Fair, Literary Festival, Virtual Book Fair, Sanskrit exchange Opportunities to expand knowledge and develop skills will be available through, etc.
• At the end of the training and mentorship, each writer will be provided a scholarship of Rs 50,000 per month for 6 months under the scheme.
• The book or series of books written by the authors as a result of the internship program in the scheme will be published by NBT.
• Once the mentorship program is completed, the authors will be given a royalty of 10% after the successful publication of their book.
• Books of selected authors will be published in different languages so that citizens of all states will be able to have books in their languages ​​and culture will be exchanged among them.

The main objective of starting the Yuva Pradhan Mantri Yojana launched by the Central Government is to encourage the young and budding writers of the country to improve their writing skills so that by providing training to the budding writers, they will get an opportunity to improve their art of writing. For this, the government will provide a better platform to writers by organizing competition through the scheme, in which the candidates involved will be able to present their point of view in a creative way through writing about the heroic saga of Indian freedom fighters. This will increase the interest of people to know more about the slowly disappearing Indian culture and freedom fighters for the country.

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has started this youth employment scheme so that loans can be provided to young people at cheap prices. This allows unemployed youth to start their own business. With this scheme, unemployed youth can also stand on their own stand and provide work for other needs as well. It has been seen many times that due to lack of money, young people are unable to open their businesses and are drawn to the job. But this scheme will also eliminate this problem.

Under the leadership of PM Yuva Swarozgar Yojana, all young people can start their businesses by obtaining bank loans at reasonable rates. The main goal of Pradhan Mantri Yuva Rozgar Yojana is to make young people self-reliant so that they can start their small industries.

The central government recently announced Pradhan Mantri Swarozgar Yojana for unemployed youth. Under this scheme, unemployed youth can start their own businesses by obtaining loans from banks. According to this Yojana, a bank loan will be provided at a very low price, so that young people can easily repay the loan in time and can further grow their industry. This self-employment scheme is one of the major plans of the Modi government.

If there are more than two people involved in the work, a loan of up to 10 lakh can be used. There is no guarantee and security required for projects that cost 2 rupees by individuals from the industry and services sector. Up to Rs. 2 lakh was awarded to each partner. Coverage of Rs. 5 lakh per person is provided for small industries.

The date 29 May 2021 is a big day for the young and budding writers of India. The Higher Education Department under the Ministry of Education has started the Yuva Pradhan Mantri Yojana 2021 to train young writers. This scheme will be a very important opportunity for all the writers and youth.

The Union Education Ministry said that this scheme is a part of the Amrit Mahotsav of Azadi. The plan is to bring out in an innovative and creative way the perspectives of the younger generation of writers on forgotten heroes, freedom fighters, unknown and forgotten places, and their role in the national movement and other subject matter. During the training, writers will have to write in the form of books expressing their thoughts and feelings towards forgotten heroes, freedom fighters, and the history of India’s independence and national movements. The published books will be released on the occasion of National Youth Day on January 12, 2022. Under the conservation scheme, a scholarship of Rs 50,000 per month will be paid to each writer for a period of six months.
