The name of this scheme has been kept as Deendayal Upadhyay State Employees Cashless Medical Scheme and the people who will be beneficiaries under the scheme will be given financial assistance up to ₹ 500000 by the government for their treatment.
Under the scheme, the government has signed agreements with many government hospitals and private hospitals. Due to this scheme, government workers and pensioners and their family members will get financial assistance for treatment, so that they will be able to get their treatment done in time.
Uttar Pradesh Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay State Employees Cashless Medical Scheme has been started to benefit the government employees and pensioner employees in Uttar Pradesh. Under the scheme, pension drawing government officers and working government employees will be provided cashless treatment facility up to ₹ 500000.
This facility will be available to all government employees and pensioners working in the state of Uttar Pradesh. Uttar Pradesh Government has also said that it will make UP State Health Card for all the government workers and pensioners working in the state through online service, the work of making which will be done by the State Agency for Health Integrated Services.
Under this scheme, government workers and pensioners will get benefits through medical institutes, private hospitals and medical colleges.
