Quite often it happens that the benefits of the schemes run by the government do not reach the beneficiaries. To overcome these problems, the Madhya Pradesh government has started Mukhyamantri Jan Kalyan Sambal Yojana. Mukhyamantri Jan Kalyan Sambal Yojana has started to provide benefits of schemes launched by the government to the workers of unorganized sectors. This scheme was launched in June 2019. Under the MP Naya Savera Scheme 2022, social security will be provided to all the workers of the unorganized sectors falling below the poverty line. This social security will be done by providing benefits of government schemes to the workers. Many amendments have also been made to this scheme and now Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Jan Kalyan Sambal Yojana has been renamed as MP Naya Savera Yojana.

The Madhya Pradesh government transferred an amount of Rs 570.50 crore to the accounts of 25982 labor families and 1036 construction workers. This amount was transferred under Jan Kalyan Sambal Yojana. Rs 551 crore 16 lakh was allocated to labor families and Rs 22 crore 23 lakh was allotted to construction workers. This amount was transferred to the account of the beneficiaries on 16 May 2022. This amount can be used by the beneficiaries for their development. During this, the Sambal 2.0 portal was also launched by the Chief Minister. Sambal 2.0 scheme will be started by the government by redesigning this scheme. So that more beneficiaries can get the benefit of this scheme.

SCHEME FEATURES

  • Through Sambal Yojana, financial assistance is provided to the children of poor families for education, whose income is very low.
  • If a poor woman gives birth to a child, then that woman will be given 4000 rupees before the birth of the child
  • after-birth 12 thousand rupees will be transferred to the woman’s account.
  • Under Sambal Yojana, the state government will give a reward of Rs. 30,000 to 5000 students who score maximum marks in class 12th.
  • The beneficiaries of this scheme will now also get the benefit of the Ayushman Bharat Scheme.
  • The laborer’s Aadhaar card, e-KYC post-seeding, and mobile number will be recorded.
  • Under the Sambal scheme, children of Sambal families who will participate in national-level sports competitions will be given 50 thousand rupees.

The government has also decided to include those who break the tendu leaves of the state in the category of unorganized workers. The application can be made through MP Online or Lok Seva Kendras on Sambal 2.0 Portal. After applying s.m.s. Or else information related to the application will be provided through WhatsApp. Workers who have been declared ineligible in the past will also be able to apply afresh under this scheme. In September 2021, an ex-gratia amount of Rs 321 crore 35 lakh was provided to 14,475 families of laborers in the unorganized sector as death assistance.

The cabinet meeting was organized by Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan. In this meeting, it has been decided to provide the benefit of Jan Kalyan Sambal Yojana to the poor citizens of the general category also. Apart from this, ex-gratia assistance of Rs 575 crore has been provided to 27068 labor families under this scheme on 6 May 2022. Apart from this, assistance amounting to Rs.17 crore 77 lakh has been provided to 829 families of construction workers through this scheme. Under this scheme, on September 27, 2021, an amount of Rs 321 crore 33 lakh was provided to 1,4,475 labor families in the unorganized sector as dead support.

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh will also launch Sambal 2.0 portal under this scheme. Under the Sambal 2.0 scheme, the tendu patta collector workers of the state will also be included in the category of unorganized workers. An application under this scheme can be done online and through Public Service Centers. Information related to the application will be provided to the workers through SMS and WhatsApp.

On 28 September 2021, by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, an amount of Rs 321 crore 35 lakh was distributed in the account of 14,475 workers for the beneficiaries and construction workers of Jan Kalyan Sambal Yojana. This amount was transferred by the Chief Minister through a single click. Out of this amount, an amount of Rs 307 crore 23 lakh was provided to construction workers in 13769 cases and Rs 14 crore 12 lakh in 706 cases under Sambal Yojana. On May 4, 2021, under this scheme, an amount of Rs 379 crore was also provided to 16844 labor families in the unorganized sector as death assistance.

To provide financial assistance to the workers, various types of schemes are being run by Madhya Pradesh Building and Other Construction Workers Welfare Board and Madhya Pradesh Urban and Rural Unorganized Workers Welfare Board. Under these schemes, the assistance of Rs 2 lakh is provided in case of death, Rs 4 lakh in case of accidental death, Rs 1 lakh in case of partial permanent disability, and Rs 2 lakh in case of permanent disability.

Mukhyamantri Jan Kalyan Sambal Yojana has started to provide social security to all unorganized sector workers. This scheme has been started by the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh, Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan. Under this scheme, a wide campaign was conducted in the state. Through which registration was done in 36 categories of employment of unorganized workers. Recently a new announcement has been made by the Chief Minister. According to this announcement, the registration of tendu patta collectors has started under this scheme. Now all tendu patta collectors can also take advantage of the Mukhyamantri Jankalyan Sambal Yojana. This information has been provided by the Labor Department to all the Divisional Commissioners, District Collectors, Chief Executive Officers, District Panchayat, and Forest Divisional Officers.

 To apply under this scheme, it is mandatory to have Aadhaar authentication. But there is no compulsion to get Aadhaar authentication done for tendu patta collecting workers. After applying by the tendu patta collectors under the Chief Minister Jankalyan Sambal Yojana, the eligibility will be verified by the registering authority. After this, they will be provided the benefit of this scheme.

As you all know that this scheme has been started by the Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan Ji to provide social security to the workers of the unorganized sectors of his state. Under the Jan Sambal Yojana, before the birth of the children of the workers of the unorganized sectors, the state government is assisted by the state government for their whole life. Under this scheme, the Chief Minister will transfer Rs 379 crore through a single check to the bank accounts of about 17,000 labor families in the unorganized sectors of the state on Tuesday, May 4, 2021. So that the labor families of the state can get help.

Under Mukhyamantri Jan Kalyan Sambal Yojana, an amount of up to Rs 1907 crore has been transferred to the accounts of about 2 lakh 28 thousand beneficiaries so far. Under this scheme, the workers of the state who died in an accident, and their families will be provided with an assistance amount of Rs 4 lakh, and those workers who have a normal death or permanent disability, then their families will be given 2 - by the government. An amount of Rs 2 lakh will be provided and those who have a partial permanent disability will be given an assistance of Rs 1 lakh.

Under the Jan Kalyan Yojana, the people of the unorganized sector were provided Jan Kalyan Sambal Cards to get the benefits of all government schemes, now it has been decided to provide a new morning card to all the unorganized workers of the state, which they were provided earlier. Will be given in place of the Sambal Card. This new Sevara card will now be linked with the Adhaar card and along with the Aadhar card number of the beneficiary will also be given in it. However, in this scheme, the decision to change the old card has been taken because the old card has a photo of former Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, which has been removed from this card.

Under the Sambal Yojana, the state government will give a reward of Rs 30,000 to 5000 students who have secured maximum marks in class 12th. This scheme has been started to help low-income families. Under this Sambal Yojana, if a poor woman of the state gives birth to a child, then 4 thousand rupees will be sent to her account before giving birth and 12 thousand rupees after giving birth. On Tuesday, the government transferred 10 crores 50 lakhs to the account of 1 lakh 5 thousand workers trapped outside Madhya Pradesh. One thousand rupees have been sent to the account of each laborer.

Mukhyamantri Jan Kalyan Sambal Yojana 2022: This scheme of the Government of Madhya Pradesh has been started to provide the benefits of schemes run by the state and central government to the working-class families of unorganized sectors in the state.
