The Rajasthan government had brought a scheme in 2005 to strengthen education in the state and to encourage lower class students to study further, named “Samaj Kalyan Anuprati Yojana”. This scheme is mainly for ST, SC, OBC, below poverty line and minorities of the state. To motivate them towards education and to reduce the financial burden on the families of the students, the government gives incentive amount to the selected children, with the help of which they can take good coaching for the preparation of competitive exams.
Recently, a new portal has been launched by the State Social Justice and Empowerment Minister through virtual conferencing. It has also been said that last year there were 15 thousand candidates in this scheme, but this year 30 thousand candidates will join this scheme. So that the candidates can get timely coaching, the applications will be done in two phases, and then after preparing the merit list, its benefit will be given to the candidates. Beneficiaries doing coaching in the first phase can apply between April 6 to April 30. 30th April is the last date to apply. Applications for the second phase will be available when the merit list of the first phase is released. In the second phase, applications will be taken in the month of May-June, its list will be released in July.
In this scheme, along with the already selected institutions, some other institutions have also been selected. Therefore, recently it has been announced by the state government that applicants can choose one of these few other selected listed institutions for various professional courses and jobs to be organized for the year 2021-22. And its last date has been fixed as 24th October.
When this scheme was started, under this scheme, incentive amount was provided to the students of weaker sections, ST, SC and backward classes, which is being operated by the Social Justice Empowerment Department and Minority Department. At the same time, coaching scheme for medical and technical entrance examinations of Tribal Development Department is also going on in the state. Recently in June 2021, Chief Minister Anuprati Coaching Scheme Rajasthan has been launched by bringing both these schemes together. And there is no caste qualification under this. People belonging to economically weaker section will be given its benefit.
Chief Minister Anuprati Coaching Scheme Benefits:-
- With the help of Anuprati Yojana Rajasthan 2021, the poor class students of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe present in Rajasthan will be given the benefit of this scheme.
- The main work of this scheme will be to provide financial assistance of ₹ 100,000 to encourage poor children of Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes in the field of education.
- With the help of the scheme, students will receive an incentive amount of at least ₹ 50000 from the government for the preparation of RPSC Rajasthan Public Service Commission examination.
- Students who want to take admission in Government Medical Engineering College after being successful in RPMT and RPVT conducted by the government will be given an amount of ₹ 1000 as a beneficiary.
- Beneficiaries who come to other cities for coaching are also being given Rs 40,000 per year for accommodation, food and other expenses.
Chief Minister Anuprati Coaching Scheme Rajasthan Eligibility:-
- Annual Income: To avail the benefit of the scheme, the maximum income of the family is kept at Rs 2 lakh or less, if it exceeds this then the benefit will not be received.
- Only people from the state can register for this scheme, people from other states will not be accepted.
- Not in government job – If the beneficiary is already working in any government job then he is not eligible for this scheme.
- Must have passed the competitive examination – If the beneficiary passes the prescribed examination stage, then he/she is eligible for this scheme.
- Apply within 3 months – After the result of the examination, the beneficiary will have to register his name for the incentive amount within 3 months. If they apply after this, they will not get its benefit.
- Engineering Medical Exam – Under this, it is mandatory for the beneficiary to get at least 60 percent marks in 12th to get the incentive amount.
Chief Minister Anuprati Coaching Scheme Rajasthan Documents:
- Forms – Forms to enter within this scheme will be obtained from the portal.
- Certificate – The beneficiary will have to carry a photocopy of his caste, native and poverty line certificate. These documents will also have to be attached along with it.
- Income Certificate – The beneficiary has to submit his/her family income certificate along with the form.
- Photocopy of Result – Also attach the photocopy of the final result.
- Other documents – Along with this, the beneficiary should keep Aadhar card, bank passbook and affidavit with him. The beneficiary will need all these documents while applying.

- To apply, first of all you have to go to the official website of Social Justice and Empowerment Department, on the main page of which you will see the option of application form for IAS, RAS etc. as well as application form format for IIT, and IIM etc.
- For whatever examination you require the application form, you can download it by clicking on that link.
- First of all you have to click on the application form of IAS, RAS, then an option will appear in front of you from which you can download the PDF of the application form of IAS and RAS.
- Similarly, you can also download the PDF of the application form for IIT and IIM.
- After downloading the application form, fill all the information asked in the application form correctly, attach your necessary documents and submit the form.
- As soon as you qualify the competitive examinations, you can take your application form to the Departmental District Magistrate of the nearby home district within a period of 3 months of taking admission in the educational institution.
- After that your application will be completed.
Chief Minister Anuprati Coaching Scheme Selection Process:-
- Under this scheme, students will be selected for coaching according to their marks obtained in class 12th and class 10th.
- Students will also be selected after setting a target by the department of each district.
- According to the target, coaching will be arranged for the students in the selected institutions on the merit basis of the students.
- 50% seats will be provided to girl students.
- The functional processes under this scheme will be conducted by the Tribal Regional Development Department for ST category.
- The scheme will be implemented by the Department of Social Justice and Empowerment for SC, OBC MBC and EWS categories.
- Apart from all this, this scheme will be run by the officials of the Minority Affairs Department for the students belonging to the minority category.
