Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojana beneficiary

The scheme will cover the following beneficiaries –

• Account holder, farmer
• The farmer cultivates on someone else’s land.
• Sharecroppers who work in someone else’s field.
• The farmer includes a father, mother, husband, wife, son, daughter, granddaughter, daughter-in-law, and grandson.

Documents required for the scheme

The documents required for the scheme are as under-

• Residential certificate and documents supporting permanent residence of the farmer or beneficiary.
• Domicile certificate
• Bank passbook and other bank details.
• Ration card of the applicant.
• Land papers of the applicant, if any
• Age certificate of the applicant
• Income certificate of the applicant.

Chief Minister Farmer Accident Welfare Scheme It is going to be started by the Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh, Shri Yogi Aditya Nath. Under this scheme, the farmers of the state who have been victims of an accident will be provided social security by the Uttar Pradesh government. UP Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojana Under this scheme, if a farmer dies in an accident, the government will give compensation up to Rs 5 lakh to his family (His family will be compensated up to Rs 5 lakh) and 60 Financial assistance up to a maximum of Rs 2 lakh will be provided on the disability exceeding the percentage.

To provide social security to the farmers of Uttar Pradesh, this scheme has been approved in the cabinet meeting held in Lucknow on Tuesday, 21 January 2020. This scheme will be operated through the district magistrates. Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojana 2022 Under this scheme, the farmers who have been victims of any accident after September 14, 2019, will be provided the benefit of this scheme. The benefit of this scheme will be made available to 2 crore farmers of Uttar Pradesh (2 crore farmers of Uttar Pradesh will be made available). Chief Minister Farmer Accident Welfare Scheme District Officer Jagjit Kaur has accepted 4 out of 18 claims, rejected 6 claims, and pending 8 claims as incomplete. All those beneficiaries who are eligible for this scheme will be given the benefit of this scheme. To take advantage of this scheme, it is mandatory for the farmer brothers to be permanent resident of the state and their main income should come from agriculture. Apart from this, the age of the farmer should be between 18 to 70 years.

If the farmer does not have his own land and cultivates someone else’s land and he dies due to an accident or becomes disabled due to some accident, then that too Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojana can take advantage of. The District Magistrate has also assured that the pending claims will not be kept pending under any circumstances.

Who is the account holder / co-cheddar of UP, who dies in an accident, then the families of the farmers will be considered eligible for this scheme? Interested beneficiaries of the state who want to take advantage of this scheme, then they will have to apply under this scheme. Uttar Pradesh Farmer Accident Welfare Scheme The implementation of the scheme will be done through online mode, which will bring complete transparency to the application of the scheme. Manual applications will also be accepted under this scheme. The scheme will also include sharecroppers, who work in the fields of other persons and share the crop after harvesting.

As you know that the means of livelihood of farmers is agriculture, if farmers die in an accident or if there is any loss to the farmers in the accident, then there is no means for the livelihood of their family, to deal with this problem. UP Mukhyamantri Farmer Accident Welfare Scheme, Chief Minister will start the Krishak Accident Welfare Scheme by Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Aditya Nath Ji. Under this scheme, the state government of Uttar Pradesh will provide state farmers who have been victims of an accident.

Under UP Mukhyamantri Krishak Durghatna Kalyan Yojana 2022, if a farmer dies in an accident, he receives compensation of up to 5 lakh rupees by the government for his family, and a maximum financial aid of 2 lakh rupees will be provided for more than 60 percent of bankruptcy.

To provide social security for the farmers of Uttar Pradesh, this scheme was approved at a cabinet meeting held in Lucknow on Tuesday, January 21, 2020. In the event of the farmer’s death/disability under the scheme, his candidate will be provided with an assistance amount of Rs. 5 lakh. If the farmer is already included under Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, the Pradhan Mantri Suraksha Bima Yojana, the total amount granted to the farmer’s family will be the remaining amount.

Farmers or their family members can write an application to the district collector. This application must contain all the detailed information about the accident that occurred to the farmers. The written request must be submitted to the Tehsil office within the time frame specified below. After proper verification by the authorities, the amount of the aid will be transferred to the farmers or their family members on a case-by-case basis.

To successfully implement the scheme, the government of Uttar Pradesh will launch a dedicated portal soon. People will be able to register online portal, and not all farmers or their family members who have chosen the online method are required to visit Tehsil’s office or write an application to the collector. CM Farmer Accident Welfare Scheme UP 2022: The much-awaited scheme for which lots of Farmer from Uttar Pradesh are being waited for has got approval from the UP cabinet. Under Mukhyamantri Krishak Accident Kalyan Yojana, if any of the farmers die while farming then his/her family will get the compensation of Rs. five lakhs (5 lakhs) while in the case of disability they will get 2 lakhs rupees. With the help of this scheme, more than 2 crores, 38 lakhs 22 thousand farmers fall under this scheme.

So many times we heard in the newspaper or even sometimes we witness that while harvesting the crop in the thresher machine and sometimes they have been bitten by snake or Scorpio or some other venomous insects and other mishaps, due to which sometimes they lost some parts of their body or even sometimes they lost their life and the family who has left behind doesn’t know what to do next.

So to secure the future of such farmer’s families the UP cabinet in their cabinet meeting which was held on 21st January 2020 approve the “Chief Minister Farmer Accident welfare scheme”. In this scheme, if a farmer dies or is disabled while doing farming then his/her family members will get five lakh and two lakh rupees respectively as compensation. For this scheme, the Uttar Pradesh government also allocates the budget of Rs 500 Crore while announcing the budget for 2020-2021 on Tuesday 18th February 2020.

The scheme which the Uttar Pradesh government has launched is not the new one, earlier a similar kind of scheme was run by the revenue department of Uttar Pradesh under the name of “chief minister farmer insurance accident scheme”. But in that scheme benefit will be given to only the account holder farmer or the co-account holder. But that scheme has been revived now; in the new scheme, the benefit will be transferred to the wife of the farmer, son, daughter, grandson, granddaughter, or even the sharecroppers.
