The government has set up around 10750 community recruitment centers. In each Mandal of east and West Godavari, Krishna, and Guntur districts 1,035 cluster level CHC with harvesters will be set up at the rate of 5 units. The Chief Minister has also deposited an amount of Rs 25.55 crore into the account of 1,720 farmers groups under this scheme. This scheme is going to improve the financial condition of the farmers. Other than that with the implementation of this scheme farmers will become self-dependent.
On 7th June 2022, the chief minister launched the YSR Yantra Seva Pathakam Scheme in Guntur city. The Chief Minister has distributed tractors and combined harvesters under the scheme. Around 3800 tractors and 1140 other farmer machines have been distributed at the Rythu Bharosa Kendra custom hiring center. Another 320 combined harvesters will be distributed to 320 cluster levels. Apart from the distribution, the government has also deposited Rs 175.61 crore of Subsidy amount into the accounts of 5260 farmer groups through direct benefit transfer. Till now the government has distributed equipment worth Rs 691 crore at 6781 Rythu Bharosa Kendra level and 391 cluster level custom hiring centers.

YSR Yantra Seva is a scheme under which farmers across the State are offered tractors and combine harvesters ahead of the Kharif season. It was launched by Chief Minister Y.S. Jagan Mohan Reddy. The YSR Yantra Seva Pathakam programme was launched to address the shortage of farming machinery among farmers and to provide much-needed assistance in renting machinery at reasonable prices, hence lowering input costs.
Waste-to-Energy Plant was inaugurated by Chief Minister in Kondaveedu. It cost ‘345 crore to build. The plant can generate 15 megawatts of electricity per hour and process 1,600 tonnes of garbage each day. CM also unveiled Jagananna Haritha Nagaralu’s pylon. The government plans to develop greenery in 45 Urban Local Bodies under the first phase of Haritha Nagaralu by planting central medians and avenues. The project’s first phase is expected to cost Rs. 78.84 crores.1,200 tractors and 20 combine harvesters that were distributed to farmers from eight districts were flagged off.

The State government is providing a 40 per cent subsidy and providing loans for 50 per cent of the machinery cost, and the remaining 10 per cent can be paid by the farmer’s group.
