Madhya Pradesh Jai Kisan Debt Relief Scheme Features:-

• Under the Farmer Loan Waiver Scheme, the government will waive off the loan of farmers up to Rs 2 lakh, that is, the loan up to Rs 2 lakh will be given to the bank by the government. If there is more loan than that, then the farmer will have to repay it himself.
• This loan waiver will be given only for farming related works i.e. purchase of seeds, sowing, weeding and fertilizers etc. i.e. loan waiver will not be given on purchase of equipment.
• Time limit has also been set for this loan waiver scheme, according to which those loans which have been taken from 1 April 2007 to 12 December 2018 will be waived. That means, the names of the farmers who have taken loans before and after this will not be included in the loan waiver list.
• Loan will be waived off only for those farmers whose loan is registered under National Bank, Corporate Bank, or Regional Rural Bank. In this way, a total of 55 lakh farmers have taken a loan of about Rs 56 thousand crore from the bank. Apart from this, Rs 1500 crore has been taken from NPA.
• Under this loan waiver, the government will repay the bank loans, for this the government is coming up with a one time settlement scheme. The government has also ensured that this scheme will not affect other development works in the state. There will be no increase in the prices of things used by people.

Jai Kisan Loan Mukti Yojana Eligibility and Documents:-

• This scheme is for the native people of MP in which farmers from other states cannot participate, hence it is necessary for them to have the native proof.

• There are many rules related to loan, such as only farmers who died before December 12, 2018 will get the loan, that is, it is necessary to have the loan papers. Also, it is necessary to take the loan from a recognized bank only, hence having the documents of the bank is also a necessary document.
• Loan will be available only to those people who have taken loan for farming, hence all those documents are also necessary which verify for what purpose the loan has been taken.
• Loans taken by farmers from private banks will not be waived off, the government has kept private banks out of the benefits of this scheme.
• State and Central officials will also not get the benefit of the scheme, besides, MLAs, MPs, Municipal Corporations, Municipal Corporations, District Panchayat Presidents also cannot avail the benefits of this scheme.
• If a retired person gets pension above Rs 15 thousand then he is out of eligibility for this scheme. 

Jai Kisan Loan Waiver Scheme Registration :-

To avail the benefits of Madhya Pradesh Jai Kisan Rin Mukti Yojana 2019, farmers have to fill application forms of 3 different colors  –

Green Form:-

This form will have to be filled by those farmers whose bank accounts are linked to Aadhaar card. And those who have taken agricultural loans.

Pink Form:-

Farmers who have any problem related to Jai Kisan Rin Mukti Yojana can fill the pink form for complaint.

White Form:-

Farmers who want to avail the benefits of loan waiver scheme but their bank accounts are not linked to Aadhar card can fill the white form.

Check name in Jai Kisan Loan Mukti Yojana list:-

After assessing all the rules for loan waiver, a list of those farmers will be prepared whose documents are correct and who fulfill all the eligibility rules. This work will be completed through the agriculture department and bank employees and a farmer loan waiver list will be prepared in which farmers can check their names.

• After clicking, the list of all the districts of Madhya Pradesh will open. Click on the district you are interested in. Now the new PDF file will open. This list will contain the names of all the selected farmers. 
• Only those farmers whose names will be in this list will get benefits under the crop loan waiver scheme. 

Jai Kisan Debt Mukti Yojana Madhya Pradesh Certificate:-

To all the farmers whose names will be in the Kisan Loan Waiver List MP, the government will give them Kisan Loan Waiver Certificate as proof through which the loan of the farmer will be considered waived off by the bank. The government has now issued a notice that certificates related to this will be distributed to all eligible farmers from February 22. Once a farmer's loan is waived off, he will be able to take loan from the bank again, he will not be called a defaulter.

This loan waiver scheme has been implemented by the new CM in MP. Before this,  Bhavantar Payment Scheme  is also running in which farmers have been getting the right price for their crops. With the announcement of this loan waiver scheme, the amount of assistance under the already running  Mukhyamantri Kanyadan Yojana  has also been increased to Rs 51 thousand. Apart from this,  daughters of the state can also avail the benefits of Ladli Lakshmi Yojana MP  .

Farmer loan waiver scheme runs in many states and is being liked a lot by the people, hence the new government announced this scheme as soon as it came to power. Recently, the Congress government has   also launched the Farmer Loan Waiver Scheme Chhattisgarh  and  Farmer Loan Waiver Scheme Rajasthan .
