Foreign Study Scholarship Scheme Eligibility :-

According to this scheme, candidates who wish to pursue education abroad will have to adopt some eligibility criteria to become a part of it, which are as follows –

• To obtain a post research degree:-  To obtain a post research degree, candidates are required to obtain first division or 60% marks in the post graduate examination. And for Scheduled Caste and Tribe candidates, it is necessary to have second division with 50% marks and research degree (Ph.D.) with experience in the relevant field.
• For PhD degree:-  All candidates must have obtained first division or 60% marks or more in the post graduate examination. And for SC and ST candidates, second division with 50% marks and two years of teaching/research/professional experience in the relevant field/M Phil degree etc. is required.
• For Post Graduation Degree:-  First Division or 60% marks or its equivalent in the respective graduation examination. And for Scheduled Tribe candidates, it is necessary to obtain second division with 55% marks. The eligibility criteria for candidates are the same if they choose any post graduation degree course.
• Resident of Madhya Pradesh:-  Along with all these eligibility criteria, it is most important that the candidate should originally be a resident of Madhya Pradesh. Without this they will not be able to get its benefits.
• Age Limit:-  The age of the candidates applying for this scheme should be more than 18 years and less than 35 years as on 1st January in the year of application. In some cases an age relaxation of 10 years is offered. It is given only when recommended by the committee in special circumstances.
• Income Limit: – The total annual income of the applying candidate or any member of his family should not exceed Rs 5 lakh. Moreover only one candidate will be eligible to receive the scholarship at a time.

Study Abroad Scholarship Scheme Documents:-

• Native Certificate:-  First of all, applicants are required to attach a copy of their native certificate with their application form. Which will be proof of his being a citizen of Madhya Pradesh.
• Caste Certificate:-  This scheme has been started for the students of backward class, scheduled caste and tribe, hence it is necessary for all the candidates to give their caste certificate.
• पहचान का प्रमाण :– किसी भी योजना या अनुदान प्राप्त करने के लिए उम्मीदवार को अपनी पहचान देना आवश्यक होता है. इसके लिए उन्हें अपनी पहचान देने के लिए आधार कार्ड की कॉपी जमा करना आवश्यक है.
• आय प्रमाण पत्र :- इस योजना में गरीब छात्रों को प्रोत्साहन दिया जाना है, उम्मीदवार के परिवार में किसी भी सदस्य की आय 5 लाख रूपये से कम हो, यह साबित करने के लिए उन्हें आपना आय का प्रमाण देना होगा.
• बीपीएल कार्ड :- आवेदक को अपना गरीबी रेखा से नीचे का कार्ड प्रदर्शित करना होगा, जोकि यह साबित करे कि आप पिछड़े वर्ग से संबंध रखते हैं.
• Bank Passbook:-  The amount of incentive received by the applicant will be provided in the applicant's bank account. For this, they are required to submit the information related to their bank account like MICR code, branch name, IFSC code and account number and a copy of the passbook of the mentioned bank.
• PAN Card:-  The government has given more importance to PAN card number for any financial transaction. Therefore, for this also it is necessary for the applicant to provide his PAN card number.
• Academic Certificate:-  This scheme has been started for those pursuing higher education. So applicants are required to provide proof of their previous education. For this, they can submit their academic certificate i.e. the proof from where they have received their education.

The application form will be updated here soon, its notification will be released in the newspaper, after which you can download the application form and apply for it.

• To become a part of this scheme, the application form will soon be made available to the applicants, in which the applicants will have to fill all their academic and personal information correctly.
• Apart from this, to avail this benefit, applicants can also apply by visiting the nearest office of Backward Class or Minority Welfare Department.
• Once the application process is completed, the applicant's name will be enrolled in the list. And finally there will be an interview round, after clearing which you can get incentive money to study abroad.
