Swarna Jayanti Anushikshan Yojana 2021 Application Procedure

As the scheme has been recently announced by the state government of Himachal Pradesh, so there is no update released about the application forms. The application form filling process could be online or offline. Steps which commonly included in the application form filling are mentioned further:

Through this scheme, students studying in government schools of the state will be provided free coaching for NEET and JEE to take admission to medical and engineering colleges. Students in classes 9th to 12th can get the benefit of this scheme. 

About two lakh students of class IX to XII studying in government schools of Himachal Pradesh will be given coaching to become doctors and engineers on Saturdays and Sundays every week. From September 18, teachers will send a link on mobile to the students of classes IX to XII. Through this link on YouTube, students will be able to take coaching for NEET and JEE. Himachal School Students, the state government will provide free coaching of NEET and JEE to the students studying in government schools of Himachal. This coaching will be given to every student from class IX to XII. The Governor launched this scheme on the occasion of Teacher’s Day. This scheme has been named Swarna Jayanti Anushikshan Yojana. This scheme will run in two phases.

Every week 15 to 18 hours of classes and doubt resolution will be done. For proper implementation of the scheme, the government will constitute a monitoring committee at the district level. This includes the Principal of DIET, Deputy Director of Higher Education, and Supervisor of Science-Mathematics of schools. The Education Department has so far started the Medha Protsahan Yojana for the meritorious students. Under this, financial assistance of one lakh is provided to such meritorious children of the state who want to take coaching outside the state for competitive examinations. This budget is given for 16 types of coaching.
