Ever since the Modi government came to power, it has been trying to reduce the distance between the public and the government in the state and the centre. In this sequence, the former MP's government has launched a scheme named “Samadhan Online Programme”. It was started so that the common people could get a chance to connect with the Chief Minister, and now after the coming of Congress government in the state, the scheme has been started again in the name of Jan Adhikar Yojana.

Key features of the Jan Adhikar Yojana :-
Establishing direct communication –
With the implementation of the scheme, the state government will be successful in establishing direct communication between the Chief Minister and the general public.

Listening and understanding public complaints –
The main objective of the scheme is to make the Chief Minister aware of the problems of the state so that he can resolve the complaints of the general public.


Use of modern technologies –
Generally any application takes a lot of time to reach the Chief Minister's table, hence some new techniques will be used in the Jan Adhikar Yojana. Chief Minister will communicate directly with the public through video conferencing

Date of communication –
The Chief Minister has announced that he will personally communicate with the public on the second Tuesday of every month, so that people will be able to talk directly to the Chief Minister.

Separate helpline –
The need for a separate helpline for complaints among the general public was felt, hence a separate helpline was created which would prove helpful in the implementation of the scheme.

Method of receiving complaint –
Under this scheme, the general public can send their complaints by mail or through the online helpline created for the scheme.

Investigating complaints –
Once all the complaints are collected, they will be sent to the Chief Minister's office, it will be the responsibility of the officials there to look into these complaints and also take necessary action on those complaints which require immediate attention.

Eligibility for participation :-
Native of Madhya Pradesh –
To avail the benefit of this scheme, it is mandatory for the candidate to be a permanent and native resident of Madhya Pradesh.

Priority to the economically weak –
Although all sections of people will be encouraged to opt for the scheme, the economically weaker section will be given first priority.

Looking at unresolved and important issues –
Those candidates whose problems are serious and who have been trying for positive results for a long time, will get the first opportunity to communicate directly with the Chief Minister and solve their problems.

Address proof -
It is necessary for the interested candidates to show their original residence certificate.

identity card -
The candidate will have to bring a photocopy of Aadhar Card along with his/her registration form.

Documents related to unresolved issues/problems –
The candidate will also have to send a copy of the official document of his problem so that attention can be given to the problem.

How to get application form and apply for Jan Adhikar Yojana? :-
Till now, the Chief Minister has not made any such announcement regarding this helpline through which the complaints can reach the Chief Minister's office, now he will have to tell about its process so that it can be easier for the public to give the details of their issues.

How to lodge an online complaint for Jan Adhikar Yojana?
Madhya Pradesh government has launched a separate site to resolve people's complaints, for this interested candidates will have to click on this link Jan Adhikar Samadhan Portal MP
On its homepage, the candidate will see another link in which Submit Complaint/Demand/Suggestion will also be visible.
When the candidate clicks on this link, another page will open.
First the candidate will have to read the guidelines and then fill the online complaint form.
The candidate will have to enter important information like his/her mobile number, Aadhar card, name, email ID, gender and home address.
After this they will have to write to the concerned department which will solve their problem.
After writing all the details, the candidate will have to write his problem, along with it he will also have to attach soft copies of the documents related to it. To end the complaint process, the candidate will have to click on “Enter Public Complaint”.


  How to check complaint status? (How to check the status of complaint?) :-
It is possible for all the candidates who have lodged the complaint to check the status of their complaint, for this they can know the current status of the complaint by logging on to the official page.
After this, the candidate will have to click on the link of Complaint Status, this will open a new page where the candidate will be able to type his complaint number or registered mobile number, after this the candidate will have to click on the view button which will open the site on which the data base will be available. And when the match is found then the complaint will start appearing on the computer screen.
