Benefits And Features Of Jagananna Sampoorna Gruha Hakku Scheme 2022

• The Government of Andhra Pradesh has launched Jagananna Sampoorna Gruha Hakku Scheme 2022.
• Through this scheme, the Government of Andhra Pradesh is going to waive off all the loans and their interest on the government-sanctioned houses and provide beneficiaries full rights over their property.
• In order to avail of the benefit of this scheme, the beneficiaries are required to make a payment of a nominal amount.
• People who have constructed houses in the government allotted lands with their own money and don’t have full rights can avail of registration by paying just Rs 10 and secure their property.
• The announcement to launch this scheme was made by the Chief Minister at a function at Tanuku in West Godavari district.

Jagananna sampoorna gruha hakku scheme will start in Andhra Pradesh Under the scheme, the state government will give full ownership rights to the beneficiaries of the houses constructed with or without a loan from the Andhra Pradesh housing board from 1983 to August 15, 2011. As many as 40 lakh beneficiaries, who had mortgaged land at a housing company till August 15, 2011, and availed loans for the construction of houses, are being forgiven for nearly Rs 10,000 crore including principal and interest. If the interest payable is less than the fee on the actual amount, the registration rights will be fully waived and full rights will be granted.

The chief minister of Andhra Pradesh Jagan Mohan Reddy launched a loan facility for the one-time settlement scheme for beneficiaries under Jagananna Sampoorna Gruha Hakku Scheme on 28 February 2022. The Chief Minister has said that the beneficiary from Guntur municipal corporation paid Rs 20000 and got the clear title for their property without any litigation. In turn, they mortgaged their property and got a loan of Rs 300000 so that it would help their families to have a better life. Under this scheme, the beneficiary will get Rs 15000 with the complete exemption of registration charges and stamp duties. Rs 10000 crore worth of debts were waived through the OTS scheme. In addition to stamp duty exemption of Rs 1600 crore. The officials were directed by the CM to complete the registration of properties for OTS beneficiaries within the stipulated time

If the loan amount is less than the stipulated amount then the beneficiaries can pay the outstanding loan amount and can get the rights to their property. Beneficiaries can register under this scheme till April 2022. After paying nominal value the beneficiary’s property would remove from the prohibited land under section 22(A). In order to ease the registration process beneficiaries can also register their property at the village and ward secretariat without any kind of additional cost. Beneficiaries do not require to provide any link documents to carry out any transaction related to the property.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy instructed all the collectors of all districts. They have to take measures to start the construction work of houses under option 3 from the date of October 25th and also create groups of beneficiaries at the end of October month. The third option is also available in which people can build their own house and after that government will sanction the required amount.

Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy also give instructions to all the officials to spread awareness about the Jagananna Sampoorna Gruha Hakku Scheme one-time settlement scheme. This scheme will benefit 867 lakh people all over Andhra Pradesh. They also give instructions to district collectors that they should have to review the construction of houses once a week.
